Crystal Void v0.1.3 - Minor Updates & New Build Pipeline

This is a very minor update, with just a few in-game tweaks to justify a new build, so that I could properly test my new build / deploy pipeline. And the good news is, that worked flawlessly!
Changes
- Player sprite is now an SVG and has two parts. The core (and possibly the frame) will be modified by upgrades you acquire in the game.
- The level victory and loss screens have now been formatted more cleanly, so things don't move around as score is tallied.
